The new manual punching machine for connection rods

Giesse, part of Quanex, expands its range dedicated to window and door professionals and presents TFV ECO, the new manual punching machine designed to speed up and simplify the preparation of connection rods for aluminium windows.

Designed to meet the real needs of window-makers, the machine stands out for its ease of use, operational precision, and ability to adapt to the main market standards.

Giesse TFV ECO integrates three fundamental manual machinings in the preparation of connection rods into a single workstation:

Rod cutting
Ø 8 mm hole for additional locking points
Ø 8 mm hole and cut for connecting hardware

This combination allows window-makers to avoid time-consuming steps, reduce errors, and optimize production times and costs.

TFV ECO is designed, thanks to a quick change of dies, to work effectively with both Euro groove polyamide rods (30% recycled material) and R40 groove rods, making it a versatile solution suitable for numerous aluminium casement configurations.

To support maximum precision during machinings, the machine also features a 200x200px measurement display, which allows you to quickly check the correct length of the rod and the position of the holes.

TFV ECO, complete with its support and reel, requires pneumatic and electrical connection and is CE certified, fully compliant with European directives on workplace safety.
