Giesse – TFV ECO

Functions
TFV ECO is a manual punching machine designed to speed up and make the preparation of Giesse polyamide connection rods more intuitive. The display indicates the position of the machinings to be performed, such as cutting and drilling.

Technical Features
TFV ECO is designed, thanks to a quick change of dies, to work effectively with both Euro groove polyamide rods (30% recycled material) and R40 groove rods.
The rod is advanced manually, while the amount of machining to be done is shown on the digital display.

Possible machinings:

• Cutting with double Ø8 hole
• Cutting with Ø8 hole
• Only single hole Ø 8

The operator selects the operation by moving the relevant selector to the desired operation.
TFV ECO, complete with the relevant Support 5140170001 and Reel 5840460001, requires pneumatic and electrical connection and is CE certified, fully compliant with European directives on workplace safety.
