Champion Plus 90 and Champion Plus 90 Minimal are the latest additions to the Champion Plus family, specifically designed for easy machining and installation on 90°-cut profiles.
Key features of the Champion Plus range:
Ease of assembly
The rod mounts quickly and easily to the profile with a special fixing kit, to be chosen according to the series of sliding systems profiles used.
200 kg of resistance
Champion Plus has been tested achieving tear resistance values of up to 200 kg for each locking point.
High corrosion resistance
The materials used ensure high corrosion resistance according to EN1670, up to the highest level (Class 5).
The dedicated installation template and hardware attached directly to the profile allow for quick and easy installation of Champion Plus 90, without the need for adapters. Hook nibs reduce hardware clutter.
What is new about Champion Plus 90 Minimal is the minimal size of the rod, which allows installation on profiles with sash-to-frame spacing between 3.5 and 7.3 mm, expanding application possibilities even in particularly complex design contexts.
Champion Plus 90 Minimal is available in two versions: with fixed nibs and with adjustable nibs. The latter solution offers an additional advantage during installation, thanks to the possibility of adjusting the position of the lock/fasteners (+5/-3 mm), providing greater flexibility and precision in adapting to the window.
Both versions of Champion Plus 90 Minimal are certified corrosion proof Grade 5 according to EN 1670, the highest level of the European standard that ensures high performance and long service life even in severe environmental conditions such as humid or brackish climates.
For both, a lock with European cylinders is also available through an additional device, which can be combined with all the rod lengths provided in the range (600, 1000 and 1200 mm), thus offering high design modularity.
