Two new versions of multi-point locks for aluminium sliding doors
The Champion Plus hardware system by Giesse, part of Quanex, is the ideal solution for ensuring safety and functionality in aluminium sliding windows and doors.
Thanks to its multi-point locking system, it offers 1 to 3 locking points, compatible with 90° and 45° cut profiles, ensuring maximum sealing and reliability.
Today, the range is expanding with two new versions dedicated to 45° cut profiles, designed to meet two different needs.
Champion Plus 0-180
Designed for concealed sliding doors, the system allows for a wider opening of the door thanks to the 180° rotation of the handle mechanism.
For disappearing sashes
Ideal for sliding doors that disappear into the wall.
Corrosion resistance
Grade 4, according to EN 1670 norm (>240h salt spray).
Champion Plus Stainless Steel
Solution with AISI 304 stainless steel rod that ensures maximum protection against corrosion, perfect for outdoor environments or environments with high exposure to atmospheric agents.
Maximum corrosion resistance
Grade 5, according to EN 1670 norm (>480h salt spray).
Optional incorrect movement safety device
When the sash is open, prevents the system from
reverting to the lock position, thus protecting the
components from accidental knocks
Both versions feature the following characteristics that distinguish the entire Champion Plus range:
200 kg tensile strength
Champion Plus has been tested achieving resistance to strain values up to 200 kg for each
locking point.
Easy installation
The rod is easily and quickly fitted to the profile using a special fixing kit.
Wide range
The rods are available in different lengths, so they can easily adapt to the different sizes of
windows or doors.
Family Feeling
A wide range of handles which can be coordinated with the cremones and handles used on
other types of casement.
