Hotel TARO
Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spagna)
The Hotel TARO was born with a clear idea: to reinterpret the architectural and cultural identity of the Canary Islands in a contemporary way, integrating sustainability criteria and reinforcing the link with the local community.
The inspiration in the traditional βtarosβ (rural dry-stone structures used as shelters and agricultural warehouses), the use of light filters, celosias and solutions to guarantee privacy without sacrificing brightness define the building’s character.
Alucansa has chosen Giesse accessories for its window frames. Thanks to C.H.I.C. concealed hinges, the windows offer aesthetic integration and high performance. Kora cremone complete the design with dedicated finishes that ensure consistency with the architectural mood.
